Ronti (6063m, 19891 ft) at left, and Nanda Ghunti at right, seen from the trail from Sartoli to Panha. The speck in the sky represents a Lammergeier (bearded vulture). Throughout the trek, these magnificent birds, with a wingspan of about 9 ft, could be seen circling above ravines, sometimes flying low over the trail with a sound like that of a jet engine.
