The Padiyar Devta temple at the edge of the woods above Auli, just before the point where they meet the Gorson bugiyal. The temple is tiny and utterly peaceful, blending harmoniously with the silence of the surrounding woods. Although it is maintained meticulously, there is no human being around to disturb the serenity of the shrine.
